Our journey began in 2012 in Saint Petersburg, where founder Michael Sazanov (aka Great Skipper) started with jet ski rentals and water adventures. By 2016, we expanded into yachting with the purchase of our first Windsor yacht, setting the foundation for a new era of premium yachting experiences.

A major milestone came in 2023, when Ilia Sergeenko, a successful IT entrepreneur, joined Michael after selling his tech business. Bringing innovation and fresh vision, Ilia expanded the fleet with a Van Dutch 40 in the UAE, followed by a Monte Carlo 6 in 2024. In 2025 in callobaration with ddma.me we launched umyachts.com , a yacht agency exclusively serving the UAE market.
